In this one hour introductory webinar, John will present, demonstrate and answer questions on his approach to empathic communication based on his Mediate Your Life training program that develops compassionate communication skills, emotional and social intelligence, and nondual awareness. The Mediate Your Life body of work he as co-developed over the past 15 years combines the international work of Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication/NVC) with mindfulness and a mediation framework for responding to inner and outer challenges, difficulties and conflicts in personal and work life. The training is experiential, practice-oriented and practical, and provides powerful and transformative communication skills and processes to create the life, work, and world you envision.

About John Kinyon
John is co-creator of the international Mediate Your Life (MYL) training program for navigating adversity, challenge, and difficult conversations with yourself and others. He provides training, coaching, and facilitation/mediation to the public and organizations, and is a speaker and author. The Mediate Your Life program is offered in different parts of the U.S. and in Asia, Europe, and Australia. The MYL approach integrates the international work of Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication/NVC) with mindfulness and a mediation framework.
